UEFA EURO 2012 POLAND UKRAINE BALL

UEFA EURO2012 POLAND UKRAINE BALL

The ball that will be used in 2012 EURO " TANGO 12" is faster and has a more unpredictable trajectory than  the Jabulani, the ball of The World Cup 2010, which  we have to remember that was  hardly  criticized  by many goalkeepers and players. The official Euro-2012 ball was presented during the final drawing procedure stated for December 2.

Herbert Hainer, chairman of 'Adidas', said that  the new  Euro-2012 ball"allows a   more elegant and beautiful play because the fans will see more goals from longer distances." Many opinions were given after the news about the Jabulani in South Africa. "It's like a beach ball," said Chilean Bravo. "You could buy in a store...by dozens," said Julius Caesar, Brazil, South Africa during 2010 WORLD CUP.

But in the World Cup, as well as the lightness of the Jabulani, influenced height. More than 1,700 meters of altitude in Johannesburg also helped the ball´s movement.

TANGO 12 ball has many advantages for National Teams with more technical players, including Spain Germany, Netherlands and some others. It is a lighter ball and unstable, with good touch and rapid trajectory. Control over the ball will be a problem for many players, but many will enjoy its ability to move quickly  all over the pitch.

At Euro-2008, seventy seven  goals  in 31 games were scored with the ball 'Europass'  , a good average of 2.48 goals per game. In the 64 matches of 2010 World Cup, with the 'Jabulani', 145 goals were scored during the whole competition,  an  average of 2.27 goals per game.

We do not  know how many goals will be scored during the  2012 EURO but for sure we will have many and great goals. Matches will be played in four Ukrainian cities (Kiev, Donetsk, Kharkov and Lvov) and four Polish (Warsaw, Gdansk, Poznan and Wroclaw) from 8 June to 1 July 2012 .

Let´s be ready to enjoy such amazing matches and let´s wait for the initial  KICK OFF!
